• SECRET – until: 2025.
• CONFIDENTIAL – until: 2028.

According to Article 64 Paragraph 1 of the Act of August 5, 2010 – Protection of Classified Information – (Dz.U. No. 182, pos. 1228) – ability to protect classified information with clause of:

• SECRET – until: 2025.
• CONFIDENTIAL – until: 2028.

• SECRET UE/EU SECRET – until: 2025.
• CONFIDENTIEL UE/EU CONFIDENTIAL until: 2028.

According to Article 64 Paragraph 1 of the Act of August 5, 2010 – Protection of Classified Information – (Dz.U. No. 182, pos. 1228) – full ability to protect classified information – NORTH ATLANTIC TREATY ORGANIZATION NATO, with clause of:

• NATO SECRET – until: 2025.
• NATO CONFIDENTIAL – until: 2028.
